WHO WE ARE
For over three decades, C12 has equipped leaders to pursue excellence, faithfulness, and influence—both in your company and in your community. At the heart of C12 are monthly forums, each made up of proven leaders who share, learn, and press into both the challenges and the opportunities of work, life, and leadership. Rich curriculum, a community that holds one another accountable, and monthly one-on-one coaching catalyzes transformation in both business performance and Kingdom impact. These are not networking groups, nor just business Bible studies; but rather gatherings that are highly confidential and built on trust, where members sharpen their leadership, solve real challenges, and steward their businesses from a biblical worldview. Members bring current business issues to the table—and leave with clarity, strategic frameworks, and peer input grounded in Christian values.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership is lonely when the weight of responsibility rests solely on your shoulders. C12 seeks to break that isolation. When peers who understand your context and values join you, the load is lighter, decisions are smarter, mistakes are fewer, and your impact is multiplied.
TRANSFORMATION
We believe transformation happens not just through ideas, but through ongoing alignment. That’s why C12 developed the 5-Point Alignment Matrix , which assesses five key domains of any business: revenue (growth & strategy), operations, financial stewardship, culture (team, values, leadership), and living out Business as a Ministry (BaaM).
PURPOSE
If you are a Christian business leader feeling the weight of decisions made in isolation, C12 offers a seat at a table where you don’t have to lead alone. Our Southside CEO forum meets monthly in Danville. Our mission is to equip Christian CEOs and owners to build “Great Businesses for a Greater Purpose”.
